Return policy
You have the right to return the ordered products during the 14 days after the date of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable/digital products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you by email to notify you about the status of the refund, if it is approved or rejected (and the reasons of rejection, if the case). If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days after the date of approval.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have been approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Often some processing time is required by the banks to process the refunds.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your delivery address, the time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.
