Wood Grouse Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee micro roastery in Hanover, Germany, where we share knowledge and equipment with our friends from Panama Coffee. You can call us one of the first “Third Wave Coffee roasteries” in Hanover.(Starting from what we call Third Wave Coffee).In addition to the high quality of the coffee, this means that the coffee beans can be transparently traced back to their origin and, at the same time, the trade supports the local farmers.For this reason, we are currently working mainly with the direct trade importer Nordic Approach and Quijote Kaffee. We roast our coffees as dark as necessary, as bright as possible with the aim to highlight what makes a coffee distinct and keep it free from roasted notes. We are roasting only high quality Arabica beans.
